Eligibility:

This promotion is open to dance studios registered to participate in the Accelerate Dance Experience competition event. To be eligible for the complimentary hotel room reward, a studio must enter 50 or more routines in a single Accelerate Dance Experience event a.d have paid in full 60 days prior to event.

Reward Details:

Qualified studios will be eligible to receive one night complimentary hotel room, subject to availability, during the duration of the respective event. The hotel room will be provided to the studio's designated representative who must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Redemption Process:

Studios that meet the eligibility criteria will receive an email notification confirming their qualification for the complimentary hotel room reward. The designated representative of the studio will be responsible for claiming the reward as per the instructions provided in the email.

Event Attendance:

The complimentary hotel room reward is solely for the purpose of accommodating the studio's designated representative during the Accelerate Dance Experience event. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Availability:

The complimentary hotel room is subject to availability and based on a first-come, first-serve basis. The accommodation options will be provided by Accelerate Dance Experience and may vary depending on the location of the event.

Studio Obligations:

Participating studios must comply with all rules, guidelines, and requirements set forth by Accelerate Dance Experience during the event. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the forfeiture of the complimentary hotel room reward.

Modifications and Termination:

Accelerate Dance Experience reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In such an event, qualifying studios will be notified accordingly, and any unredeemed rewards will be void.

Limitation of Liability:

Accelerate Dance Experience shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participating studios or individuals as a result of this promotion, except where prohibited by law.

By participating in the "50 Routines or More" promotion, dance studios agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in this disclaimer and any additional rules established by Accelerate Dance Experience. Accelerate Dance Experience further reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes arising from this promotion.
